Variation: Measures

Genetic variation refers to identifiable genetic differences within and between individuals. A measure of genetic variation is a summary statistic of the amount and pattern of genetic variation.

Keywords: heterozygosity; segregating site; polymorphism; pairwise difference; F statistics
