Gene Transfer and Expression in Tissue Culture Cells

Gene transfer and expression in cultured mammalian cells comprise a complex of techniques to introduce and express novel genetic material in a variety of eukaryotic cell types in an effort to examine the possible effect of its activity on intracellular processes.
