Electroelution of Proteins from Polyacrylamide Gels

Electroelution of proteins from gels is the method used to recover proteins resolved by electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel by transferring the protein molecules out of gel by means of an electric field.

Keywords: gel electrophoresis; polyacrylamide gel slices; electroelution
