Protein Synthesis: Measuring Errors

Abstract

The detection and measurement of errors in protein synthesis is of interest to workers studying proteins, particularly when exploiting overexpression systems to prepare proteins as research reagents or for commercial purposes. Detection of errors is a key step in the process of producing high‐quality proteins.
