Method for the Concentration of RNA and DNA Samples

Abstract

In some cases, RNA or DNA obtained from a particular procedure will be too dilute for subsequent experimental work and needs to be concentrated. A description of how this can be done using either precipitation or solvent extraction methods is presented.
