Electrophoresis of DNA and RNA in Non‐denaturing Vertical Polyacrylamide Gels

Abstract

Electrophoresis in non‐denaturing polyacrylamide gels is a simple and useful technique for analysing RNA and DNA of less than 1000 bp. Separations are generally not affected by hidden nicks in the molecules but are subject to conformational factors of individual molecules
